HOW TO ORDER
So you’ve finally decided to give in to your heart’s desire, and you want to purchase some of our fine, fine goods. Here’s how you do it!
• PLACING YOUR ORDER
Step 1 – Setting the currency and choosing items you wish to purchase
First of all, if you’re outside of Indonesia, make sure the currency is set to US Dollars (USD) if it’s not already, this is important as the PayPal and credit card payment option will only show up if the currency is in USD upon checking out. Indonesian customer should also set the currency in USD if you wish to pay with PayPal, otherwise, choose Rupiah (IDR) if you wish to complete the payment via Bank transfer.
Then choose an item that you wish to purchase, you can also filter the catalog view by clicking on the category list on the left of the page. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and or color combination and click on the ADD TO CART button
Step 2 – My Cart
You can continue your shopping or go to your Shopping Cart Summary page by clicking the View Cart or Check Out button on the top right of the page. this is also where you can enter a coupon code if you have one, the discount will automatically be calculated immediately.
You can always come back to your Shopping Cart summary page to review your item list.
Step 3 – Checkout & Payment
• ACCOUNT CREATION
Note: Please make sure your detail information including phone number and address is correct, relevant, and complete to avoid mistakes during delivery.
• DELIVERY METHODS
Depending on your delivery address, our system will automatically detect which shipping carrier will show up, if it’s an Indonesian address, then JNE will appear on the list, otherwise, EMS Postal Service will show up.
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically depending on the shipping address, you can also view the estimated transit time of each carrier in this section also.
**Don’t forget to tick the Terms of service agreement checkbox**
next, you can optionally leave a message in the comment section if you want to specify something about your order.
• PAYMENT METHODS
1. PayPal or Credit Card
(This option will only show up if you set the currency to USD). After you click the ‘pay with PayPal or credit card’ button, you’ll be automatically redirected to PayPal’s secure website to finalise the transaction. You can either login with your existing PayPal account, or choose the ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ option if you don’t have a PayPal account. You’ll then be brought to the order summary page to finish the checkout. once you’ve finished, you’ll then be redirected back to Life Behind Bars’ website where you can view the summary of your order. and that’s it! you can now sit back, relax, go about your daily routine, and within a week or so your package will arrive on your front door.
If you choose PayPal or credit card, that’s all the step needed, else if you choose Bank transfer, read on…
2. Bank Transfer (Indonesian customer only)
(This option will only appear if the currency is set to Rupiah (IDR). After choosing your payment method (Bank BCA), you will be brought to the Order summary page, review it, and then click “I Confirm My Order” Button to go to the next page.
• ORDER CONFIRMATION
In this page, you will be shown your ‘Order reference number’, the amount due, as well as the Bank Account details of where you need to transfer. An email containing the same details will also be sent to you for your record.
*note: please complete your payment within two days (48 Hours) after confirming your order, if you don’t complete your payment within 48 hours, we will be forced to cancel your order to avoid stock availability issues. If you want to reorder the product(s) you can repeat the checkout process again.
Step 4 – Payment Confirmation (For Bank Transfer only)
After you have made your payment based on the total amount of your purchase, please confirm your payment by going to the Payment Confirmation page: (http://lbbjkt.com/payment-confirmation/). enter the required fields and click submit.
Step 5 – Item Delivery
After we have confirmed your payment, we will ship out your purchase items to your shipping address using the carrier service of your choice. An email will be sent to you indicating that the item(s) has been dispatched, along with a link to track your shipment’s status/
*note: if you confirm your payment on a working day before 2PM WIB (GMT +7) we will ship your order on the same day, otherwise we’ll ship it on the next working day.
