Our bags are covered with a lifetime warranty against defects, what this means is that if at any point you experience an issue or breakage that’s caused by manufacturing defect, we will repair or in some cases replace the bag with a new unit free of charge, the warranty applies to the original owner, it does not include normal wear and tear, and abusive usage, also any alteration or permanent customization to the bag such as adding patches will void the warranty, essentially the warranty does not cover reasonable cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product.
We use the best velcros and reflective strips available, and they will last a very long time, however, due to their nature, velcro will lose it’s stickiness a little over time and reflective strips will lose it’s reflectivity a little over time, and as such, they’re not covered by the warranty. Please give a thorough explanation and include clear pictures at the defective point in multiple angles as well as a proof of purchase such as your online order code, or picture of the receipt. Once your claim has been approved you will then be given an instruction of either sending the bag to our retail partner where you bought the bag or send it back to one of our Indonesia workshop for repair.
If your approved claim happens inside 45 days of receiving your order, we will cover the shipping cost for the repair both ways, If it happens after 45 days, we will still repair your bag for free, however, you’ll bear the responsibility of covering the return shipping cost.
Our bags also sport the highest quality POM (Polyoxymethylene) parts and buckles available in the market, which are more dan adequate in withstanding normal to heavy usage, thus if breakage happen to our plastic parts, it’s usually almost always due to user error, accident, or negligence in usage. Regardless, we provide part replacements (usually free) should you need to replace them, some parts might take longer than others to ship due to availability.

If you purchased a product from our website (lbbjkt.com) and are not happy with it, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund*, provided it is in the same condition as it was received and packed in it’s original packaging, including box and tags.
To begin processing a return please email us at email@example.com and provide the necessary datas such as your online order code. Once verified, you’ll then be instructed to send the product to us. Once we receive your item(s) we will return your money, no questions asked. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks to process your return once we receive the items back.

This 14-day return policy only applies for purchases directly from our webstore, if you purchase the product from one of our retail partners you’ll need to contact them directly, and they reserve the rights to implement their own return policy.
