Q. Will I get taxed for my purchase?
A. Each country/region applies different regulations regarding import taxes. Each of them has different De minimis value the maximum threshold for an imported product that will not be subject to tax /duty. So if the value of your total orders (Item+Shipment+other fees) does not exceed the De Minimis value, you may avoid paying duties when shipping to a particular country.  For example, imported goods to the United States that has a value of under $800 will not get taxed. For most of the EU member countries, they apply a lower threshold value. This information about taxation for ordering goods from outside the EU here would help. We suggest you check with your local customs agency about the regulation regarding taxation before placing an order or contact us at to get more information.

We're not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other import charges that might be levied by the importing country and it will be the buyer’s responsibility that is not included in the total cost of the order.

Q. I have paid the shipping cost. Why do I being asked to pay more fees when the package arrived?
A. There usually some costs that only occur in the country of destination when the package arrived such as Import Tax/Duties, VAT, and Handling Fee. The handling fee usually called "Customs Clearance Fee" which is a fee to clear your package through Customs so that it can be delivered directly to your doorstep without customers having to do it by themself. You can get in touch with the local DHL/UPS officers if you wish to do the customs clearance by yourself to avoid paying more fees.
