We strive to give an accurate and up-to-date information about product and price. We do not guarantee that there will be no errors in the description and/or pricing of the products, or the availability of products if you wish to place an order to purchase them.
We do not guarantee if there will be an inaccuracy between the product colors on your screen and the actual colors of the product as it may depend on your computer or mobile system and settings.
We do our best to present the most updated photos of our product. However, some photos might not be the latest photos of that product version. Description of every product is always be updated according to the latest product version.
We reserve the right to modify the information about products displayed on our site, including prices, description, and availability.
We do our best to accept orders. However, we may refuse an order in certain cases, for example, if: (i) The product is no longer available or out of stock, (ii) There is an error on our site relating the product that you ordered such as regarding the price or description displayed.
If this happens, we will contact you to let you know. If you have already made any payment in advance, we contact you and continue with the refund if you decide to cancel the order.
All pricing is in Rupiah and/or USD currency. All prices do not include shipping, handling charges, and import tax/duty if any.
We accept bank transfer and PayPal as a payment methods for purchases made on our Site. Payment must be made in the currency as indicated on your order before you submit it.
If you pay by bank transfer, you may choose that option in the checkout page. Invoice will be sent to your email and the bank account number for your transfer. Payment through paypal will be sent to your email. you will be asked to log in to your PayPal account with your email address and password to confirm the payment. Direct credit cards payment is currently not available in our store but we use PayPal as a payment gateway for this payment. Your product will be shipped after payment is done. If we do not receive payment or any payment confirmation within 12 hours after the date of your order then your order will be cancelled.
You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you place an order. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, or eliminate the shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will notify you of the charges applicable if there is any changes or extended surcharges before scheduling a shipment.
Extended Surcharge appears as a cost that our carrier charge to send a package to a specific destination that is deemed outside their normal service area, which usually called Remote Area Delivery or Extended Area Surcharge. These additional charges only appear when the address/destination is outside the carrier normal service area and only appears when we scheduling a pickup through the carrier's website. Therefore, we're not including them on the shipping cost on our website. Our customer service team will reach out to you with this information before proceeding with the order pickup and they will give you some suggestion to proceed the shipment.
We will ship your order on the same day or the next day if the payment is done or accepted. No shipment will be processed on the weekend and holiday. If there’s a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you through email as soon as possible. A tracking number will be sent through your email soon after the order is dispatched.
We use several shipping carriers to send your order. Any local shipment will be sent through JNE with REG and OKE services, and Go-send by GoJek. For international Shipment we use UPS Express Saver and DHL.
Domestic order will ship on the same day if received and paid before 2:00 PM GMT+7 and item is in-stock. For any local orders collected above 2 pm will be processed on the next business day. Note that domestic shipment time depends on where you are in Indonesia and your choice of carrier services. Shipping time varies below:

International Order will be shipped on the same day or in 3x24 hours, at the latest, if items are in-stock and the payment is done. Our international shipment day is on Tuesday and Friday. The shipping rate does not include taxes, duties, or other import charges levied by the importing country and it will be billed by the courier upon delivery. International shipping estimated arrival time varies below:

Delivery times depend on where you are in the world and your choice of carriers. If a delivery exceeds the estimated arrival time, we are not responsible for the delay.
Different countries apply different regulations regarding import taxes, for example, in the US imports that has a value of under $800 will not get taxed. Importing to the EU countries from outside the region (Non-EU) with specific value will be the subject of tax. You can also check the information about taxation for ordering goods outside the EU here. We suggest you check with your local customs agency about the regulation regarding taxation before placing an order or contact us at email@example.com. Unfortunately, any duties, taxes, or other import charges that might be levied by the importing country will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Any order will be sent by our shipping carrier to customer’s address. Some of our shipping carrier options, namely EMS Post and Pos Indonesia Standard International, have a standard operating procedure that will automatically return a package to the sender when three attempted delivery is unsuccessful. UPS and DHL, on the other hand, will contact the sender before returning the package due to buyer's inability to accept the package.
In the event that an order is returned to us marked as ‘RTS’ (return to sender) due to unclaimed or refused package, the customer will be contacted immediately and a return shipping cost & re-shipping fee will be applied. If the customer cannot be reached and doesn’t reply to any of our confirmation or decides that they no longer want to proceed with the re-shipping, the order will automatically be canceled and refunded less the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost to our place & any import duties/tax incurred by us while accepting the RTS package. We are not responsible for ‘unclaimed’, ‘refused’, or lost packages shipped to the stated address given for the order.
Your bag is covered with a lifetime warranty against defects. If you experienced an issue caused by manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the bag with new unit free of charge. This does not cover normal wear and tear, abusive usage, or any alteration / permanent customization. The warranty only covers the product excluding the content of the bag. For example books, electronics, etc, the user is responsible for keeping their items safe.
If you want to claim your warranty, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide a thorough explanation and include clear pictures at the defective point in multiple angles as well as a proof of purchase such as your online order code, or picture of receipt. Once your claim has been approved you will then be given an instruction of either sending the bag to our retail partner where you bought the bag, or send it back to one of our Indonesia workshop for repair.
If you are not satisfied with the product or there is a defect on it during 14 days since the order arrived, you may return it for a full refund provided it is in the same condition as it was received and packed in its original packaging, including box and tags. Your money will be returned when we received the product. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks to process your return once we receive the items back.
This 14 day return policy only applies for purchases directly from our webstore, if you purchase the product from one of our retail partners you’ll need to contact them directly, and they reserve the rights to implement their own return policy.Original Shipping Costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping.
