This role aims to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans across diverse channels and segments. It involves leading the execution of marketing initiatives, analyzing customer insights, and maintaining analytics reporting to extract key insights for future campaign development.


  1. Formulate strategies to establish a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  2. Supervise campaign performance, track daily metrics, and seek efficiency improvements.
  3. Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels.
  4. Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for paid channels.
  5. Evaluate digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and provide accurate reports to demonstrate ROI.
  6. Collaborate with the Art Director to develop content plans and create engaging content for social media, including innovative approaches to attract new consumers.
  7. Develop and manage social influencer programs and affiliate marketing programs.
  8. Prepare and distribute online newsletters and promotional emails through various channels.
  9. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
  10. Stay updated on online marketing trends and incorporate them into strategies to keep them current.
