We are seeking a Junior Product Designer who has a deep interest in carry products to join our dynamic small team. The ideal candidate will assist the Senior Product Designer in various aspects of the product design process, including market analysis, creating mockups, supporting sampling processes, and contributing to the production process. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent Product Design graduates or individuals with relevant experience who are eager to learn and grow within the industry.

1. Collaborate with the Senior Product Designer to conceptualize and develop innovative designs for upcoming products.
2. Assist in market research and analysis alongside the Senior Product Designer to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products within the industry.
3. Collect data for the development process, including material and parts usage, as well as new techniques to be applied in upcoming projects.
4. Sourcing necessary parts and materials from marketplaces and manufacturing partners.
5. Support the Senior Product Designer in creating product mockups and prototypes, iterating on designs as necessary.
6. Involve in the sampling process by closely working with bag makers, assisting in material cutting.
7. Maintain R&D schedules with the Senior Product Designer in a timely fashion.
8. Assist R&D processes in the pipeline by monitoring individual progressions periodically to ensure workflow efficiency.
9. Contribute to the production process by assisting with quality control, documenting revision notes, and ensuring that final products meet our standards of excellence.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative designers, and production, to ensure the successful execution of design concepts from ideation to delivery.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to continually improve design processes and product quality.
    

1. Strong portfolio.
2. Bachelor's degree in Product Design or relevant field preferred, or;
3. Previous experience in product design or production processes, preferably within the carry-goods or fashion industry, is desirable but not mandatory.
4. Proficiency in hand sketching and perspective drawing.
5. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and experience with 3D modeling software is a plus.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a small team.
8. Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
9. Ability to translate rough sketches into technical drawings.
