Store Keeper

We’re looking for an independent and organized Store Keeper to run our BSD brick-and-mortar store. Your role is all about creating a great shopping experience—assisting customers, processing transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. If you enjoy working with people, have a knack for organization, and have an interest in carry goods or cycling, we’d love to have you on board!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist customers and provide an excellent shopping experience
  2. Process sales transactions and operate the cash register
  3. Maintain product displays and keep the store clean, tidy, and organized
  4. Track stock levels and coordinate with Logistics and Production for restocking
  5. Help the Logistics prepare and pass customer orders to couriers for delivery
  6. Verify new stock arrivals and ensure proper documentation
  7. Coordinate with Customer Experience Agent  on repair item processing
  8. Handle cash reports and coordinate with Finance

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented
  2. Comfortable with basic English communication
  3. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  4. Willing to work 6 days a week (Tue – Sat)
  5. Experience in retail, inventory management, or logistics is a plus
  6. Interest in carry goods, cycling, and/or coffee is a bonus
  7. Ability to focus and resist modern-day distractions
