By clicking on the check box at checkout and/or purchasing any products from www.lbbjkt.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to all purchases you make on the website. You acknowledge that you are entering into a binding agreement with Life Behind Bars™, a trade name under the company "Lentera Bara Berkarya, PT."

Please ensure that you read these terms carefully and check that the details on the order and these terms are complete and accurate, and then submit your order. If you think that there is a mistake or require any changes, please call us to discuss. We generally aim to confirm any changes in writing to avoid any confusion as to what your updated order is.

We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you place an order with us, the terms in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us.

Price and Product Terms

We strive to give accurate and up-to-date information about products and prices. We do not guarantee that there will be no errors in the description and/or pricing of the products or the availability of products if you wish to place an order to purchase them.

We do not guarantee if there will be an inaccuracy between the product colors on your screen and the actual colors of the product, as it may depend on your computer or mobile system and settings.

We do our best to present the most updated photos of our product. However, some photos might not be the latest photos of that product version. The description of every product is always updated according to the latest product version.

We reserve the right to modify the information about products displayed on our site, including prices, descriptions, and availability.

We do our best to accept orders. However, we may refuse an order in certain cases, for example, if: (i) The product is no longer available or out of stock or (ii) there is an error on our site relating to the product that you ordered, such as regarding the price or description displayed.

If this happens, we will contact you to let you know. If you have already made any payment in advance, we contact you and continue with the refund if you decide to cancel the order.

All prices are listed in USD. Shipping fees, handling charges, and any applicable import taxes or duties are not included and will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, items may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund as your sole remedy.

We reserve the right to update, revise, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. We may also limit quantities per order, per customer, or per account to ensure fair access to our products.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products on our website. However, due to factors such as photography, screen display settings, or production changes, product colors, sizes, or features may differ slightly from what appears on our website.

We also cannot guarantee that all information, including pricing or availability, will always be completely accurate or up to date. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Payment Terms

For international customers, payments are processed via PayPal or Lianlian. Payment must be made in the currency indicated on your order before submission. If you require further assistance regarding your payment, please contact us at info@lbbjkt.com.

Your product will be shipped once payment is completed. If we do not receive payment within 12 hours of your order, it will be automatically cancelled.

General Shipping Terms

You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust these charges from time to time. If any changes or additional fees (such as extended surcharges) apply, we will notify you before scheduling the shipment.

Extended Surcharge refers to an additional fee charged by our courier partners for deliveries to destinations outside their standard service area, often called Remote Area Delivery or Extended Area Surcharge. Because this charge only appears after a shipment is booked through the courier’s system, it is not included in the shipping cost displayed on our website. If your order is subject to this surcharge, our customer service team will contact you with the details and available options before dispatch.

Orders are shipped on the same or next business day after payment is confirmed. No shipment will be processed on weekends or public holidays.If there’s a delay or issue with your order, we will contact you via email as soon as possible. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
We ship all local orders through JNE, Paxel, Gojek and Grab. Orders paid and confirmed before 2:00 PM GMT+7 (Monday–Friday) will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after that will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery time depends on the destination and courier’s service performance in your area.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped using UPS Express Saver, DHL Express, or SkyNet Worldwide, depending on destination and service availability. We dispatch international shipments on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, for orders confirmed and paid before 2:00 PM GMT+7.

Estimated delivery times:
UPS Express Saver: 3–5 business days
DHL Express: 4–7 business days
SKyNet Worldwide: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your country’s customs clearance process.

Please note: All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the price and will be collected separately by your local courier or customs authority.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance

All international shipments are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer’s full responsibility.

By placing an order, you agree to:
1. Pay any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by your local authority or courier.
2. Acknowledge that refusal to pay these charges does not qualify as a product return or cancellation.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations before placing an order. For any questions about duties or customs procedures, please contact your local customs authority.

Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays beyond the estimated delivery time provided by the courier. These delays are beyond our control and vary by country.

U.S. Orders & De Minimis Policy Update
Following recent updates from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the previous de minimis exemption (which allowed shipments valued under USD 800 to enter duty-free) will be suspended effective August 29, 2025.

As a result, all shipments to the United States, regardless of declared value, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees.

Refusing or failing to pay these charges does not qualify as a valid reason for return, cancellation, or refund, as stated in our international shipment policy above.

Warranty and Repair

Our flagship products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, valid for as long as the original owner owns the product.

If you experience an issue caused by a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the bag free of charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or any alteration/customization. The warranty only applies to the product itself and excludes any personal items carried inside it (e.g., electronics, books, or tools).

We accept repairs for issues not covered by warranty. Non-warranty repairs are provided free of service charge, with only the cost of replacement parts or materials billed to the customer. International customers are responsible for the shipping costs both ways.

For international customers:
1. Warranty claims are subject to shipping costs to our retail partner or directly to Indonesia, along with any applicable import duties.
2. Repair requests are subject to two-way shipping fees between your country and Indonesia.

If you wish to file a warranty or repair request, please fill the form or email warranty@lbbjkt.com with:
• A clear explanation of the issue
• Photos of the defect from multiple angles
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions to send the item either to our Indonesian workshop or one of our authorized partners.

Warranty and repair processes may take approximately 3–4 weeks after we receive the product, depending on the complexity of the issue and part availability. For lifetime warranty claims, replacement processing may take additional time if the bag cannot be repaired.

Return Terms

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or find a defect within 14 days after your order arrives, you may request a return for a refund, provided the product is in its original condition,  unused, unwashed, and packed in its original packaging, including the box and tags.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the item for the refund to be completed.

This return policy only applies to purchases made directly from our webstore. If you purchased through one of our retail partners, please contact them directly, as their return policy may differ.

Return Conditions:

  1. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any import duties or customs fees incurred when returning items to Indonesia.
  3. Returns caused by the buyer’s refusal to pay import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees do not qualify for a refund.
  4. Returned products must be in resellable condition. Returns that show signs of wear, use, or modification may be declined.
  5. Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless otherwise noted.

  2. A brief explanation of the reason for return
  3. Photos of the item (if applicable)

All other trademarks not owned by Life Behind Bars™ or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Lentera Bara Berkarya, PT, or its subsidiaries.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and all related transactions conducted through Life Behind Bars shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

For payment processing services provided through LianLian Global, such services are subject to the terms and conditions of LianLian and are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
