As part of our creative team, you'll be working on a variety of projects that span from developing impactful communications campaigns to designing product packaging, creating engaging social media content, taking part in product and campaign photo & video shoots, and many more. Our collaborative environment encourages you to explore different facets of communications design whether it’s for the main brand or the sub-brands, ensuring that no two days are the same.


  1. Develop visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
  2. Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in all design work.
  3. Lead the conceptualization of innovative design solutions.
  4. Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
  5. Implement feedback and continuously improve design processes.


  1. Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and visually exciting ideas that are consistent with the brand identity.
  2. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality and timeline requirements.
  3. Produce high-quality creative/marketing assets for promotions and campaigns in both electronic and print media.
  4. Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's guidelines and objectives.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and product development teams to develop and execute creative photo and video concepts.
  6. Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality photo and video footage both in-studio and on-location.
  7. Edit long-form and short-form videos, including explainer videos, promotional videos, and social media videos, enhancing them with graphic elements, music, sound, and visual effects as needed.
  8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior graphic designers, ensuring their work aligns with brand standards and project requirements.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into design projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or  related fields.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a design/creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  3. Experience in campaign design and concept development (both online and offline).
  4. Advanced graphic design and typography skills, with the ability to execute designs that align with brand positioning.
  5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with at least one video editing software (such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or CapCut) and After Effects.
  6. Familiarity with photography and videography equipment.
  7. Ability to perform effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  8. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
  9. Proven experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle design challenges.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  1. Experience in motion graphics and video editing software.
  2. Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
  3. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
