As a Visual Content Creator at LBB, you will hold a critical role in shaping our brand identity and driving engagement through captivating visual content. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling visual assets that showcase our high-quality, technical bags to our diverse audience. • Develop and execute visual content strategies that resonate with our target audience. Your creations will span across various platforms including social media, our website, email campaigns
• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Obtain input from creative director to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or appropriately
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include three or more simultaneous projects
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video

1. Create visually stunning images and videos that effectively showcase our products in a variety of contexts.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive visual content strategies aligned with brand goals.
3. Conceptualize and execute on-brand visual campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
4. Ensure consistency in visual brand identity across all platforms and channels.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate our visual content.
6. Participate in photoshoots and video production, ensuring high-quality output that meets brand standards.
7. Contribute innovative ideas and concepts to enhance the overall visual storytelling of our brand.

1. Minimum of one year of experience (two years is preferred) as a Visual Content Creator, preferably in a related industry.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual content including photography, videography, and graphic design.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) or similar editing software such as Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.
4. Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and its impact on brand engagement.
5. Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail.
7. Passion for creativity & innovation
8. Deep appreciation for high-quality, technical products is a plus
9. Good communication and presentation skills is a major plus
