The Breakaway 'Eclipse'

You guys are incredible! Took less than a week to ship to Europe. Materials are great, the reflectivity is not as intesive though. But overall great design (looks exactly as good as on the pictures), holds shape well, well fitting and comfortable. The padding is kinda basic but works reasonably well. Internal visibility and overall logic is decent, I love the zipper and the ability to get to everything that's inside. Expandability is a great feature too, can add solid 6 liters to the basic 27, on the other had doesn't look flappy if it's not full. The plastic hooks sometimes fall out if the straps are not tight, but that's not important. Probably the most universal backpack - sleek enough for the city, expandable for short trips. Well done LBB!

Buy this piece on 2018, and the build quality of this backpack is crazy, since till now there is no deforming though I am using it almost everyday for more than 2 years. There was a day when I was facing a heavy rain by my bike with this backpack without rain cover on it, and I was shock that every stuff I kept are just as dry as nothing happens. Keep up the good works!

The bag deceptively heavy when empty, but keeps everything dry and organized within. I only wish there was hidden pocket between my back and the pack, to put my phone and wallet.

Over the years I've amassed an embarrassing amount of backpacks: chrome, timbuk2, patagonia... But in terms of an all-around biking/commuter backpacks, this is definitely my favorite. It's big enough for a weekend trip but doesn't seem too bulky if you just have some bike locks in it. At first I thought the zipper down the front was a bit of a gimmick, but I do find myself using it to load and unload the pack. Straps are comfortable (i'm a male, but my wife also uses it and feels the same way), and the two outside pockets are perfect for a phone and a wallet. Two confessions: I cut off the outside cargo straps. I'm not a bike messenger so I don't need them. I also added velcro to the clear pockets on the inside because sometimes little things fall out of them (into the large pocket). Overall, great sturdy stylish backpack. 9/10.

Finally! After a long search on the web, I decided to buy the Eclipse breakaway, because it is neither too big nor too small. He looks perfect. the materials are beautiful and look solid. My only concern will be on the back padding, with the hot weather coming, I'm afraid he does not breathe much. But overall, I love my new bag!
